Helen Dunne’s practice takes into consideration the physical, emotional, mental and environmental state of a person. She is passionate about the benefits Bowen can bring to those in discomfort or pain, and the relaxation it can bring members of the family at tense times.
Bowen improves the physical, emotional and mental state of the body by using gentle, non-intrusive movements at key points on the body over ligaments and muscles. You won’t feel the movement so much as the release of muscle tension and deep relaxation.
