Mindfully Calm

Mindfully Calm offers massage and mindfulness meditation in Mildura, Victoria.  This includes specialist Oncology Massage, which is a safe an gentle technique adapted to suit the individual needs of people being treated for, and living with, cancer.

If you are living with Lymphoedema or unresolved Oedema you may also find Manual Lymphatic Drainage helpful.  MLD is an advanced therapy that encourages the natural process of the lymphatic vessels to eliminate waste products and to boost your body’s defenses.

Mindfully Calm’s owner, Lynne is Mildura’s only fully trained oncology massage therapist.

As well as these specialist treatments, Mindfully Calm offers wellness and relaxation massage, as well as a range of mindfulness and meditation classes/courses.

About Lynne

Lynne is the only trained oncology massage therapist in Mildura (Victoria, Aus.) and one of only ~ 70 trained level OM4 oncology massage therapists in Australia and New Zealand.  She is also a teacher at the Gawler Foundation, and has been teaching their eight week mindfulness-based stillness meditation since 2015.

And, as importantly as that, Lynne is passionate about helping people manage their health and wellness – in particular the stress that effects us all. Her aim is to help as many people as she can using the healing power of massage and mediation. Finding ways to de-stress is no longer a luxury – it is unfortunately, now essential.

Mindfully Calm has been operating in Mildura since 2014.
